Project: Audio Video Upgrade

James and Abe are honest, fair in business and bring both their positive know-how and acumen to their work.  All of their staff were great.  They all went the extra mile at times, helping me carry other speakers and they even helped me stage, position and estimate what to sell my other speakers for in addition to how and where.  They went above and beyond! When there were a few glitches, they immediately came back under warranty work and took care of it.  They explained what happened and why and what the solution was.  They treated us respectfully and informed us vs. dismissing us.
