Project: Audio Video for Retirement Community

James and his assistant Francisco assessed our various requests (we have two large Theaters that needed upgrading to 'Smart TV's and projectors) and other needed improvements to our 400 person community. We are so lucky to have James and his crew to call on when (of course) something WE did messed up our new system! They came right out THREE times to show us how to reset the system, use it to it's full potential, and train our staff. They are truly a class act; showing up on time, pleasant as can be, knowlegeable and courteous. They brought my staff into the 21st century regarding AV equipment. It's nice to know customer service is their highest goal.
